This delightful semi-detached cottage is situated in a quiet rural location, ideal for relaxing, walking or cycling on the path to the "Mont St. Michel" along the famous Couesnon river.
It is only 1 mile (1.5km) from Pontorson with good shopping facilities, whilst historic Avranches is 13.5 miles (22km) away. St. Malo with its well known harbour and ramparts is 18 miles (30km) as is the historic pirate city of Granville.
Granville is renowned for its fine sea food restaurants and is also the departure point for Jersey and Guernsey.
