The beautifully restored semi-detached thatched bungalow is one of the few examples of the Vendée "Bourrines" which still exist.
The owners have rebuilt this former fisherman's cottage with most of the original details, but with all the modern day comforts we now demand! Situated on the edge of the village of Orouet, some 3 miles (5 km) from the beach and approximately 6 miles (9 km) from St. Jean-de-Monts to the north.
St. Gilles is approximately 6 miles (9 km) to the south and there is easy access to the islands of Noitmoutier and Yeu.
Shop and restaurant 220 yards (200 m), café/bar 1.25 miles (2 km), beach 3 miles (5 km).
