This practical, spacious detached house is on the outskirts of the village of Conquereuil, is at equal distance from the lovely cities of Rennes and Nantes.
In the garden there is a swimming pool which is shared with the owners, a table tennis table, badminton net and a tennis court, whilst indoors all the bedrooms have exposed beams.
The area is an excellent touring base; the beautiful sands of La Baule are 45 miles (70km) away, or take a day trip to 'Futuroscope'. Locally, the River Don is full of picturesque meanders, watermills and lovely walks.
Shop and café/bar 0.25 miles (0.5km), restaurant 3.75 miles (6km).
Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin. First floor: Bathroom with shower, toilet and 2 basins, 4 bedrooms: 3 double, 1 twin plus bunk bed.
Electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, ?40 supplement October to April, cot, colour TV, Hi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, lawned garden, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 3 cars. Sorry, no pets.
