The property is full of character with its large rooms, open fire and exposed beams.
Situated close to Etaples, a pleasant harbour town with a fishing museum, the historic, gastronomic town of Montreuil is within driving distance. Le Touquet, a chic resort with many activities is 10km and many golf courses and an amusement park are close by.
Shop 5km, café/bar and restaurant 1km, beach 10km.
Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, 2 bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite bathroom with toilet, 1 twin with en-suite shower and basin. Separate toilet. First floor: Bathroom with separate shower and 2 basins, separate toilet, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin.
Electric heating, open fire in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent June to September, by meter reading at end of stay October to May, bed linen and towels included in rent, highchair, 3 colour satellite TVs, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, lawned garden, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets. NB: There are steep stairs to the first floor.
