This pretty detached cottage is in a quiet road on the outskirts of the lovely town of Audierne, with its river estuary, fishing port and elegant waterfront.
From the garden you have views of the river, and just 1.5 km away are the beautiful dune-backed fine sands of the Baie d'Audierne.
Locally you can visit the aquarium, or go to the lovely Pointe du Raz, the equivalent of Land's End. Explore the magnificent local coastline, take a day out to the local island, Sein and do not forget to sample some seafood.
Shop, café/bar and restaurant 500 m, beach 1.5 km.
Ground floor: lounge/kitchen/diner. First floor: shower room with toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom. Second floor: 1 double bedroom plus single bed.
Electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, ?20 supplement October to April, bed linen included in rent, cot, colour TV, DVD player, washing machine, microwave, lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets.
