The town of St-Cyprien boasts excellent sporting facilities and the property is only 5 minutes from an international golf course, it is also an ideal place for children as it has received the accolade of 'Station Kid'.
Interesting and varied excursions are within a short drive and include the historic town of Perpignan, the arts and crafts centre of Céret and the delightful town of Collioure on the Côte Vermeille.
