This one bedroom semi-detached holiday cottage sits in the grounds of the owner's 18th century house but has its own entrance, sun terrace and enclosed lawned garden.
Built to a high standard and in keeping with the other houses in the village, in addition to the main double bedroom, there is a mezzanine above the lounge and a convertible settee in the lounge.
There is fishing in the Charente River 100 yards away and the historic town of Ruffec lies 6km to the south. Poitiers and Futuroscope are 55kms to the North and the Atlantic coast is 90kms.
Shop 6km, café/bar and restaurant 3km.
Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner. First floor: Shower room with toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom. Mezzanine: 1 single bed, sofa bed in lounge.
Electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, colour satellite TV, video, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets. No smoking please. NB: The mezzanine has a low ceiling.
