The property has bedrooms both up and down stairs. It makes an excellent holiday property, being close to the lovely white sands of Raguenès, as well as to the numerous sandy coves round the scenic Pointe-de-Trevignan.
The local village of Névez is very pretty and has all you could need. The two popular tourist towns of Concarneau and Pont-Aven are also close by, you wont tire of new beaches to visit, or of the footpaths and rivers to explore.
