This imaginatively converted wing of a Breton long house is close to the centre of the attractive village of Melrand, which is in the lovely Breton countryside, with forests and rivers in all directions.
There is a cosy bedroom with beamed ceiling, and a light and spacious living area, including a fitted kitchen corner. In Melrand there is a small lake where you can fish and swim from the little sandy beach.
There is a challenging 9-hole golf course close by, as well as the Nantes/Brest Waterway. The south coast, with long sands of Erdeven, or the prehistoric alignments at Carnac, is within easy reach for a day out.
