These are 2 cosy terraced cottages in a quiet hamlet which makes an excellent base for exploring the famous local coastline and heritage villages. Each cottage has a private, sheltered terrace as well as sharing a large grass area. Internally they are cosy and light, each having a woodburning stove. Pontreiux, a very pretty village spanning a picturesque river is closeby. Spend many an hour enjoying the atmosphere of its cobbled streets and half timbered houses, as well as its cafés, restaurants and boutiques. The wonderful sea scape of the pink granite coast is nearby, as well as the superb Goelo coast, known for its imposing cliffs, the traditional fishing port or Paimpol and the Isle of Brehat, not forgetting the elegant resorts of Binic and Etables with their fine golden sands.
Shop, café/bar and restaurant 1.5km, beach 25km.
Ground floor: Lounge, kitchen/diner. First floor: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, toilet and basin, sofa bed in lounge.
Woodburner in lounge (fuel provided), electricity included in rent May to September, first 50 units included October to April, remainder by meter reading at end of stay, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, highchair, colour satellite TV, radio, cassette player, CD player, internet connection, washing machine, shared lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 3 cars. Sorry, no pets. No smoking please.
