A haven of peace and quiet, this is ideal for a relaxing holiday and makes a good base for visiting this beautiful region, with the advantage of being only 4km from the centre of Draguignan, the Draconian capital. Here you can find a pretty market on the edge of the old town flanked by huge Dutch elm trees lined with traditional provençale cafés and restaurants.
The many activities on offer in the area include fishing, golf, horse riding, tennis, walking, cycling, bird watching and swimming, and a beach (25km). Visit the Gorges de Verdon, Moustiers-Ste. Marie renowned for its exceptional ceramics, Riez with the lavender fields that cover this corner of Provence and see a lavender distillery and the House of the Bee where visitors can buy various honeys, including the local speciality lavender honey. For an unforgettable trip St. Tropez is within driving distance offering beautiful sandy beaches, elegant boulevards and chic cafés, as well as boat trips to the nearby islands.
