This pretty detached cottage comprises a large timbered living/dining room opening out onto garden and fields beyond and is situated in the heart of rural Normandy, 4km from Camembert and 5km from Liverot.
Local attractions include Argentan (where there is an excellent public swimming pool), Falaise which boasts William the Conqueror's castle, St. Pierre-sur-Dives with its medieval covered market, Le Haras du Pin, the national French stud farm; Lisieux with its Basilica and Pont d'Ouilly for kayaking and canoeing.
The house is well equipped with many indoor and outdoor games, a piano keyboard, computer, TV for videos only (with good selection of videos) and CD/stereo.
