This peaceful semi-detached country cottage looks out over rolling countryside. A shaker style fitted kitchen opens onto a lounge/diner with cosy woodburning stove.
The holiday cottage is situated between two villages near the Nantes/Brest canal and several large lakes making it an ideal base for walking, fishing and watersports. The Black Hills are not far away for those who like hiking and mountain biking. The north and south coasts are within easy reach (1 hours drive) for a day at the beach.
The local capital of Carhaix is a 20 minute drive.
Shop, restaurant and café/bar 2km.
Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom with separate shower. First floor: 1 double bedroom.
Electric heating, open fire in lounge, ?10 supplement for electricity Oct - April, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, DVD player, radio, stereo/CD player, washing machine, freezer, lawned garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets.
