For relaxing on hot summer afternoons, a large covered terrace area overlooks the larger than average private swimming pool, gardens and a lake adjacent to this detached house. Two karting tracks, and lake for jet skis and water skiing within 5km. Cosmopolitan Agen is about 8km, whilst popular Moissac and pretty villages and bastides are within 40km.
The spa town of Casteljaloux (with golf course and swimming lake with a sandy beach) is a similar distance. Because of its proximity to the main road networks, day trips to Bordeaux and some coastal resorts of the Atlantic coast, such as Arcachon, are possible.
