This pretty detached cottage is in a lovely setting, amid unspoilt farmland of the Loire Region.
The nearby town of Noyant offers shops, bars and restaurants, and the town of Bauge with its golf course is only 12 km. At Moutiheirne there is a leisure lake for fishing, swimming and boating (12 km).
Conveniently situated for attractions including Saumur, with its château and cavalry school of the ?Cadre Rour.? The historic cities of Angers and Tours both 40 minutes drive. Further afield is Le Mans, famous for its racing circuit also for the impressive cathedral and museum.
