In the extensive wooded grounds of the country house hotel 'Manoir du Menec', these 3 properties are the restored stable block. Each restored with an artist theme (Gauguin, Monet, Lautrec) they are both cosy and practical. The private sheltered terraces look out over open countryside and trees, part of the Manoirs estate. The setting is rural and peaceful, but within easy reach of the coast and also of several excellent golf courses. The manoirs restaurant is locally renowned, and you have access to the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and small gym. Visit the artists' town of Pont Aven, the popular Concarneau, with its fishing port, marina and fortified old town with cobbled streets. The choice of beaches is vast, from the sands of Pouldu to the sheltered, pine fringed Kerfany and much loved Port Manach, or the dune backed wildness of Aguenes known locally as Tahiti. Enjoy local produce which can be chosen at the many large markets in the area, in particular try the cider, crepes and seafood.
Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner. First floor: Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, 1 twin bedroom (can also be double). Mezzanine: 1 child's bunk.
Electric heating, open fire in lounge (initial supply of fuel provided), all other fuel and power included in rent April to October, by meter reading at end of stay November to March, cot, colour TV, stereo, washing machine, shared lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, ample off road parking. Sorry, no pets.
