This attractive detached stone house has been furnished with the holiday makers well being in mind. It is located in the medieval district of the charming town of Saint Ambroix and enjoys some excellent views. The village is located on the edge of the Cévennes Regional Nature Park.
A haven for nature lovers, hikers and cyclists. On the outskirts of the town the large river offers excellent bathing opportunities with some picturesque restaurants for a memorable evening meal. Excursions could include, to the south, Uzès, Nîmes, Avignon and also the Pont-du-Gard, where over a million visitors come every year to admire this amazing feature of Roman art, architecture and engineering (all within 60 km).
Slightly further afield, the Camargue and the lovely seaside resort of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. At only 30 km to the west discover one of the most imposing natural sites in the south of France, the Gorges de l'Ardèche.
