This detached stone-clad cottage is situated in the owner's garden and benefits from a swimming pool shared with the owners. The cottage has one double bedroom on the first floor and a single bed on the ground floor doubling up as a sofa.
Just 150m away is the village of St. Cézaire-sur-Siagne, which has shops and restaurants. A weekly provençal market which takes up the centre of the village draws people from miles around.
Visits to Grasse (17km), the perfume capital of the world, beaches at Cannes and excursions following the Route Napoléon from Grasse to Castellane are a must. There are also the well known caves of St. Cézaire and a potholing adventure course - unique in Europe.
Shop, café/bar and restaurant 150m, beach 25km.
Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin. First floor: Double bedroom, single bed in lounge.
Woodburner in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent May to Sept, ?20 supplement Oct to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour satellite TV, shared washing machine, microwave, lawned garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets. NB: Steep open-tread ladder style staircase leading to first floor.
