The property has 5 bedrooms; 3 in the main house, one next to the terrace with en-suite facilities and one in the pool house with a separate living room with an open fireplace and twin beds on the mezzanine floor. The rooms are large and spacious with views over the local countryside.
This is a paradise for sports lovers as there is a shared tennis court, boules pitch, football and rugby practice posts and a beach volley area.
This makes a great location for visiting this beautiful region of the Ardèche and its gorges. The property is within walking distance of the River Ardèche. Popular caves complete with prehistoric paintings can be found 3km away. Nature lovers will enjoy the beautiful scenery of the national Ardèche reserve with many ramblers and cyclists tracks to explore whilst spotting the many local eagles of this region.
