This attractive 17th century semi-detached stone farmhouse with swimming pool is set within the Normandy countryside ideally situated for visits to the Mont St Michel, Bayeux, D-Day landing sites, museums and beaches all less than an hour away.
Locally there is St. Lô with its ramparts and National Stud farm and a large river with canoeing and fishing.
There are cycle and walking routes, horse riding and zoo. Back at home enjoy our games area with pool table, badminton, table tennis, and above ground swimming pool.
Shop, café/bar and restaurant 2km, beach 35km.
Lounge, kitchen/diner, shower room with basin, separate toilet. First floor: Separate toilet and basin, 2 double bedrooms, 1 plus single bed, sofa bed in lounge.
Electric heating, woodburner in lounge, (initial supply of wood provided) all other fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, colour satellite TV, video, DVD, washing machine, microwave, large enclosed lawned garden, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 3 cars. Sorry, no pets.
