This spacious attached barn conversion enjoys its own private swimming pool with Jacuzzi (8m x 4m) and large private patio area, which enjoys sun all day.
The holiday property is located between the two historical towns of Béziers - a thriving city even when the Romans conquered it in 35 BC, and Carcassonne - a unique medieval city which inspired Walt Disney and the castle for his film Sleeping Beauty. Head north into wine and walking territory, the first in the lovely village of St. Chinian and the latter beginning in St. Pons-de-Thomières, which began its life around a Benedictine abbey founded in 936 BC and now is the administrative centre for one of the prettiest regional nature parks in France.
Head south to the historic town of Narbonne. The golden sandy beaches of the Mediterranean await just the other side of this welcoming town. Both horse riding and fishing are available locally.
