Josselin is a beautiful medieval town dominating the lovely Nantes-Brest waterway. Explore by boat, kayak, on foot or cycling. For a refreshing swim, the lake at Ploërmel has a sandy beach and a wide range of water sports.
A little further, to the south is the picturesque port and city of Vannes, on the edge of the exceptional Morbihan Gulf, an inland sea with many little islands.
