This small but cosy detached house, entirely built in local white stone, is situated in a quiet area of the village of Brie-sous-Mortagne, only a few kilometres from the Estuary of the Gironde.
It has a large enclosed lawned garden with a swing as well as a patio to dine al-fresco, which makes it an excellent base for a family holiday.
The villages along the Estuary of the Gironde offer some very picturesque harbours and great seafood restaurants, whereas fishing possibilities and pedaloes can be found at a nearby lake. Royan and its beautiful sandy beaches lie within a 40 minutes drive.
Shop, café/bar and restaurant 200 metres, beach 20 km.
