This practical, little detached cottage is in leafy surroundings in the popular town of Huelgoat, 50 minutes from Roscoff and Brest, known for its forest, waterfall and lake. The cottage has an attractive fitted kitchen and woodburning stove in the sitting room and bedrooms with wood ceilings, in the eaves.
It has a large garden with pretty trees. Huelgoat is in the Armoric moorland national park, and is well known for its cycle tracks, footpaths and bridlepaths winding through superb and varied scenery.
The lake in the village is bordered by cafes and shops, and many also enjoy the excellent outdoor swimming pool. Go further to the west or north coasts and visit Morlaix, Roscoff and Carantec.
Shop and bars 0.5km, restaurants 0.6km.
