Each has a private patio and garden area, and guests have the use of a larger than average swimming pool. The town of Saînte-Foy-la-Grande, approximately 3km, has a wide range of restaurants and shopping.
To the west is the beautiful medieval town Saint Emillion, Bordeaux and the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.

Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, cloakroom with toilet, utility room, shower room with basin, 1 double bedroom. First floor: Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and bidet, 1 twin bedroom. Mezzanine: 1 twin bedroom, sofa bed in lounge.
Electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, ?30 supplement October to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour satellite TV, shared laundry facilities, dishwasher, lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets.
