The town of Saînte-Foy-la-Grande, approximately 3km, has a range of restaurants and shopping facilities.
This is a great location to go on day trips and visit the different areas in the region. To the west is the medieval town Saint Emillion, Bordeaux and the beaches of the Atlantic.

Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, utility room, shower room with basin, separate toilet, 1 double bedroom. First floor: Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet, basin and bidet, 1 twin bedroom. Mezzanine: 1 twin bedroom, sofa bed in lounge.
Electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, ?30 supplement October to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets.
