One of four cottages this property enjoys an elevated hillside position with views over the valley and countryside. This cottage is set slightly apart from the other 3 and has a larger lounge/diner to cater for group's who book more than one cottage.
There is a private patio and garden area and guests have the use of a larger than average swimming pool.
To the west is the medieval town of Saint Emillion, Bordeaux and the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. East is Bergerac of the banks of the River Dordogne and to the south is Lot et Garonne.
Shop, café/bar and restaurant 3km.
Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, shower room with basin, separate toilet. First floor: Shower room with toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, sofa bed in lounge.
Electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, ?30 supplement October to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour satellite TV, dishwasher, microwave, lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets.
