Electric heating, open fire in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, ?30 supplement October to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, colour TV, DVD/CD player, washing machine, microwave, lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets. NB: There are two flights of open tread stairs at the property.
