It is well-equipped and tastefully renovated and is in a lovely rural location. Just 20 minutes is the ancient city of Troyes with its historic 16th century half timbered houses, fine restaurants and wonderful churches.
Follow the Champagne Route around the area or enjoy the open countryside, there is much in the region for all the family.
Shop 12km, café/bar and restaurant 500m, beach 18km.
First floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom plus single folding bed. Mezzanine: 1 double bedroom, double sofa bed in lounge.
Electric central heating, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, ?30 supplement October to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, colour TV, dishwasher, microwave, shared lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, ample off road parking. Sorry, no pets. NB: There are 16 steep steps from the entrance of the property up to the living areas which are on the first floor.
