This property, although old has been renovated to modern standards whilst retaining many of its original features by the young English owners. It has a splendid large garden and an above ground swimming pool.
The house is situated in a very quiet rural setting but is not very far away from a number of interesting sites. The nearest being the town of Alés, with a wealth of restaurants and shops. Further afield there is the Pont-du-Gard built to supply the nearby Roman towns of Nimes with water.
Nimes also boasts a low cost airport along with its roman remains. Near Nimes, one can find bustling Saturday markets in Uzés. An hour down the motorway from Nimes is the delightful and cosmopolitan town of Montpellier. Here are a multitude of cultural persuits. Also not far from Montpellier are a number of beach resorts and once again a low cost airport and access to the TGV.

Sorry, no pets. NB: There is a 3ft drop at the front of the house, take care with young children.
