Visit the market town of Hesdin just 5 minutes away or spend the day at the beach at Berck Plage with its sand surfing and kite flying, or sample one of the many restaurants in the old city of Montreuil-sur-Mer.
Further afield history lovers should visit Arras or for adventure seekers go to Parc Astérix just two and half hours away.
