In truly delightful settings this stone built detached house has been wood clad to ensure it does not interfere with the natural surroundings. Located within the owners' grounds, covering nearly 40 hectares, the property is totally independent, very peaceful and is located around 500m from the immense private lake.
The views are excellent and it is a perfect place to relax, taking a dip from time to time or a row around the lake on the dinghy. Walkers can spend the whole day enjoying the views and find themselves still within the owners grounds when evening arrives. The property also provides an excellent touring base with very varied excursions awaiting in all directions. You can spend a day mixing with the jet setters at Saint Tropez (50km), and Sainte Maxime (35km) or on the more family orientated beaches at Saint Raphaël (38km).
Spend some time in the lively towns of Cannes (60km) and Nice 88km, or more relaxing days in the quieter yet just as attractive towns of Grasse (40km) and Draguignan (15km). There are also very pretty small villages all around such as Callas and Fayence. So many things to fill a day yet if you only leave the property for one day Monaco is probably the place to head (96km).
