This 17th century chateau has been carefully divided in to three independent self contained sections. As you might expect it has an abundance of original and unique features, including the original tiled floor in the kitchens. The grounds of the chateau are extensive, close to the building are mainly lawned with mature trees which provide pleasant shaded areas for eating and relaxing outdoors.Many of the region's most popular medieval villages and bastides are within easy driving distance, including Beaumont, Eymet, Villeréal and Monflanquin. Castillonnès is the nearest town, with a good restaurant and shopping facilities is approximately 1.5km, the very popular golf course at Castlenaud is a short drive south (approximately 15km) The Lot valley and the Dordogne valley are both within 25km so whether its cultural or sporting activities you prefer, you don't have far to travel to find them.
