This spacious single-storey cottage has a large feature fireplace with a woodburner and full central heating, making it good for all year round holidays.
The front of the cottage overlooks a courtyard, shared with the owner. The main private garden area, mainly lawned is to the rear.
There is an above-ground swimming pool (5 metre diameter; open Apr - Oct), a table tennis table and swings, and for fishing there is a river a short stroll away. Périgueux, Brantôme and the châteaux of Jumilhac and Hautefort are all within easy driving distance.
Shop, café/bar and restaurant 3km.
All on ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath and basin, separate toilet, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin.
Oil central heating, woodburner in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent May to Sep, ?30 supplement Oct to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, highchair, colour satellite TV, DVD player, radio, stereo/CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, ample off road parking.
