The property provides an excellent touring base for holiday makers wishing to discover the beauty and the history of the Roussillon. There are numerous Cathar castles to be explored, and here you are pretty much in the centre of the main eight that attract millions of visitors.
Hikers and cyclists will be in their element as will wine connoisseurs. Day excursions include the historical towns of Narbonne (60 km) and Perpignan (75 km), the world famous medieval city of Carcassonne (50 km) and one of the prettiest villages in France, Lagrasse (32 km). Admire the flora and fauna around the Bages and Sigean Lagoon (60 km), or laze on the endless miles of golden sandy beaches and lovely resorts (68 km).
