This spacious detached villa enjoys excellent views, a private pool in its large enclosed garden and is peacefully located on the outskirts of the attractive and lively town of Malaucène.
This Provencal town, with its small and narrow streets located at the foot of Mount Ventoux, was rebuilt in the 14th century on the site of the former Romanesque church, once a part of the ramparts, which explains its fortified appearance.
Visits within a short drive include the towns of Avignon, Vaison-la-Romaine and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, with over 350 antique and second hand dealers open all year round. A multitude of sporting activities can be enjoyed; there is a famous wine trail (Route des Vins) and experienced cyclists could even try, from the doorstep, one of the most difficult climbs that the Tour de France has been able to find.
