Located in a small residence, close to shops and restaurants, only 700 m from the beach, and enjoying shared use of the large swimming pool (12 x 12 m; open June - Oct), this functional house has been well equipped and tastefully furnished.
It enjoys a small garden area, ideal for dining al-fresco if you don't wish to mingle with the crowds in one of the many restaurants along the beach front. Saint Cyr is a lively seaside resort located between the historical and tourist towns of Marseille and Toulon, both offering low cost flights.
Popular in both winter and summer for its mild climate, it boasts the only surviving Roman villa on the Mediterrannean coast. Excursions along the coastline are numerous and could include Bandol (10 km) which lies in the pretty bay. Cassis (20 km), a small, bustling fishing port in an attractive setting. The impressive sight of the Massif des Calanques which has long attracted nature lovers for its wild beauty, and the charming resort of Sanary (14 km), all in pink and white. It has a little port bordered with palm trees and a bay with fine beaches. Heading inland brings you to the beautiful old capital of Provence Aix en Provence (50 km).
