There is a courtyard to the front of the house, to the rear are large, mainly lawned, fully enclosed gardens with an outdoor swimming pool, and patio area with built in barbecue.
A short walk across the fields (approximately 300m) will lead you to the private fishing lake. The famous writers village of Montmoreau where you will find all facilities and a public swimming pool is approximately 4 km. The château of Villebois, the beautiful village of Aubeterre and the busy market town of Ribérac are all within 20 km. For the more adventurous take a day trip to Bordeaux and the Atlantic Ocean.
