This unusually spacious single storey farmhouse is set in a tiny hamlet surrounded by beautlful countryside and woodland. The larger than average bedrooms, both en-suite, make the property equally attractive for two couples or a family with up to 4 children.
The private garden area, mainly lawned, has a covered terrace area and a private, enclosed swimming pool - guests also have access to 1.5 hectares of parkland which has a small pond.
Guests can enjoy the peace and tranquillity and a 'rural feel' but activities and interesting places to visit are only a short drive away. Local tennis courts are approximately 800m away, whilst the small town of Brossac is 4km and has shops, restaurants and a swimming lake with a small beach. The busy town of Chalais, the famous writers village of Montmoreau and a golf course are all within easy driving distance.

Sorry, no pets. No smoking please. NB: There are 4 steps down to the twin bedroom. There is a pond in the grounds - children may need supervision.
