A splendid, fully renovated 18th century bastide which consists of two holiday cottages and the owners accommodation (the owners have six bedrooms which are available as Chambres d'Hôtes).
There is an enclosed courtyard and a large lounge area, with a library for relaxing or the opportunity to meet other guests, doors from this area lead to the enclosed gardens and swimming pool, which is covered in cooler months.
The historic town of Bergerac, on the banks of the River Dordogne is 20km, many of the region's bastides and châteaux are within easy driving distance.

Lounge/kitchen/diner, bathroom with basin, separate toilet, 1 double bedroom (5ft), sofa bed in lounge (for children).
Electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, ?25 supplement October to April, cot, colour TV, DVD player, CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, shared enclosed lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets.
