Located at the end of a steep winding road, and within the owners grounds this detached single storey villa is totally independent. It is peacefully located, and enjoys sea views and pleasant countryside.
Only 3km from the beaches of Golfe Juan, it is difficult to find a more central location to discover all the Côte d'Azur has to offer. The Croissette at Cannes (12km), the Promenade des Anglais at Nice (34km), Grasse and Vence (both at 25km).
An absolute must is the jet setters favourite, the immaculate principality of Monaco. After all the touring why not return to the property, away from the tourists, to enjoy a peaceful "al fresco" meal with a glass of local wine.
Shop 1.5km, café/bar and restaurant 1km, beach 3km.
