The property enjoys a peaceful location on the outskirts of the pretty village of Parcoul, local shops and a restaurant are within walking distance (approx 200m). Within a short drive (approx 4km) is a leisure park with fishing, boating, water slides and crazy golf.
Parcoul is very close to the borders with Charente and Charente-Maritime so is an ideal spot to tour and discover the different departments of the south west of France - the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are approx 100km.
