A swimming pool, size 9m x 5m with a lever 1 metre depth is ideal for families. There is a large lawned garden with badminton area. A BBQ with two outdoor eating areas and outdoor furniture. The market town of Couonges has 3 bars, 2 restaurants and a large supermarket is just 4 miles away. The historic town of Fontenay Le Comte is a 20 minutes drive and the Vendee beaches an hour away. Owners on site to maintain the pool and garden.
