This is a delightful semi-detached holiday cottage with a large living/dining room around the fire place opening onto the garden with a great view of the countryside all around.
The property is located in a little hamlet in the country; it is a good place for resting, walking and biking. The large forest of Bellême and the historical Mortagne-au-Perche are 10km, with Notre Dame only 15km.
Alençon with its medieval part and lacework museum is 100km, as well as the 17th century French national stud farm of Le Haras du Pin and Chartres with its famous cathedral.
Shop, café/bar and restaurant 3km.
Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, bathroom with toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom. First floor: Separate toilet, 2 bedrooms: 1 twin, 1 single, double sofa bed in lounge.
Electric heating, open fire in lounge (fuel not provided), all other fuel and power included in rent May to September, ?30 supplement October to April, colour TV, freezer, microwave, terrace, lawned garden, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 3 cars. Sorry, no pets.
