A detached cottage which is within the same grounds as the owners' home and one other property (max 2 guests.)
There is a private lawned garden area and terrace/patio area, the remainder of the extensive garden areas are shared with the owners and the other cottage. Guests have the use of an impressive, larger than average outdoor swimming pool. Internally the cottage is a combination of original features which include exposed beams and a feature fireplace, and modern fixtures ensuring maximum comfort for the maximum number of guests.
Many of the region's most popular medieval towns and bastides are within 25km including Bergerac, Eymet, Issigeac, Beaumont, Monflanquin and Villeréal. Can also be booked with W13524 to sleep up to 8 people.
Shop, cafe/bar and restaurant 6km.
Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom. First floor: Shower room with toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom plus 3 single beds.
Electric heating, woodburner in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, ?30 supplement October to April, cot, colour TV (for use with DVD and video only), DVD player, video, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry no pets. NB: There is low headroom in the first floor double bedroom.
