A spacious, renovated farmhouse with a feature fireplace, exposed beams and stone walls. Guests have the use of a shared swimming pool with the house next door. There is a private garden area to the front of the property which has a 2 metre high fence to one side providing additional privacy.
The village of La Chapelle St Jean is close to Hautefort, home to one of Dordognes most famous Châteaux where you also find shops, restaurants, a supermarket, and `Etang de Coucou', a swimming/fishing lake.
Perigueux, Montignac, Les Eyzies, Sarlat, and the Dordogne valley are all within 60km. Many of the local villages have weekly markets, one of the most popular is at Terrasson, approximately 20 km away. Can be booked with W12267 for groups of up to 12.
Shop, café/bar and restaurant 4km.
