Situated only metres from one of the largest expanses of sandy beaches in Normandy, Les Coquelicots provides an ideal location from which to explore this beautiful and historic region.
The beach at Fourcarville leads directly onto Utah Beach (6km), famous as one of the landing points for the Allied forces in 1944.
Close by is the town of Sainte Mère-Eglise (10km) which retains its typically Norman market square and is the centre of the annual D-day celebrations every June. The historic cathedral town of Bayeaux is within easy driving distance, as are cosmopolitan Caen and Cherbourg.

Electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent April to September, by meter reading at end of stay October to March, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, colour TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, courtyard, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets. NB:Open tread stairs at the property.
