The tiny hillside hamlet of La Morandiere overlooks one of the many lush valleys which can be found in this natural beauty. The owners of this property have retained many of its original features whilst introducing new ones of their own, providing an ideal location from which to explore this picturesque corner of Normandy.
The historic town of Avranches (36km) was made famous by Henry II and centuries later became a strategic point of combat during the Allied invasion in 1944.
Closer by lies the hilltop town of Vire (25km) with its 13th century fortified gateway, whilst Normandy's most famous landmark, Le Mont St Michel is within an hours drive of La Morandiere.
