This 2-bedroom cottage has been converted by its owners who live next door. A wing of a 15th century farmhouse, this restored gîte is bright and spacious, retaining charm with oak beams throughout and a private enclosed garden with wooden decking area.
Situated between the villages of Pouzauges and Montournais, you are close to a number of restaurants and bars, and nearby is the Puy-du-Fou show (25km) which includes a spectacular night-time re-enactment of the wars of Vendée.
A trip to the Vendée coast or the Loire Valley is within an hour and a half.
Shop, café/bar and restaurant 3km.
All on ground floor: Lounge/kitchen, dining room, shower room with toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin.
Electric heaters, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, ?25 supplement October to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, highchair, colour satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, washing machine, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets.
