You are well-placed to visit the Loire Valley with its châteaux towns including Saumur, Chinon, Angers and Tours. Take the TGV to Paris (55mins from Tours).
Shop, café/bar 3km, restaurant 10km.
Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, shower room with basin, separate toilet and basin. First floor: Mezzanine with double bed and single bed leading to double bedroom, single bed in lounge.
Convector heaters, open fire in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, colour TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, lawned garden, courtyard, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets. NB: There are open tread stairs to first floor.
